As the Founder of MOB Builders, Michael's wide range of investment experiences canvas multifamily properties, multi-use development properties, single family homes, healthcare, and more. Michael and the MOB Builders' acquisition team makes cashflow attainable and generational wealth creation possible for investors. 

Michael ensures that the MOB Builders' team is the solution for premier real estate development. From ground up builds and restorations to partnering on commercial consulting projects and multi-use development acquisitions. 

Prior to starting MOB Builders, Michael managed a team of more than 30 that focused on design building commercial office spaces for blue chip enterprise clients.

Michael spent a decade spearheading residential high-rise ground up construction in Manhattan for AvalonBay, a fortune 500 residential REIT developer. While at Avalon, Michael was responsible for managing Avalon Willoughby Square which held title of Brooklyn’s tallest building.

While at Avalon, Michael contributed to the development of nearly 2,000 apartments, 30 ground up construction projects, 1.5 million square feet of commercial spaces, and several hospitals.
